Where is my data?
On servers in India. Never sold, never used for ads.
Who can see my records?
You, the family members you allow, and doctors you have booked or approved for a visit. Every access is logged and you can see the log in the app.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Download your records first, then delete from Profile in the app.
Is Doctro an emergency service?
No. Doctro does not provide medical advice. In an emergency call 108.
